Fried Bread


* 6 pieces of bread, which had been stored overnight
* 1 cup milk
* 2 eggs
* granulated sugar, salt and vanilla to taste
* 3 tablespoons butter


Combine milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Then soak the bread in it.
Drain, one by one enter into the beaten eggs and back and forth.
Fried bread, one by one with butter until yellowish.
Eat them hot with sprinkled sugar.

Bignets Dates


* One box of dates
* Enough water
* Milk
* One egg
* 8 oz of flour
* A half teaspoons of vanilla
* Grated cheese or powdered sugar

-Make a dough made from flour, water, milk, vanilla and beaten eggs
-Removed seed from dates and dates put together and dipped into batter and then deep fried
-Heated pan and pour oil and when it's really hot fried dates till yellowish than drained
-Serving on a round plate and sprinkled grated cheese or powdered sugar on top

Cheese Banana


* Six large bananas
* Two tablespoons margarine
* Grated cheese
* Cherry
* Cooking oil

-Bananas peeled, and cut by 1 inch
-Oil is heated in a wok until really hot and add margarine, and fried bananas until brown and drained
-Then given grated cheese on top and decorated with pieces of cherry

Olive Salad


* Lettuce Leaves
* One box of dates
* Two apples
* 8 small cucumber
* a tomato fruit
* one pineapple

Ingredients salad dressing:

* Vinegar, pepper, mustard, sugar to taste
* Eight boiled chicken eggs

-Pineapple peeled and cleaned, cut into small pieces
-Cucumbers washed and cut into tiny balls
-Apple peeled and washed with salt water and diced
-Dates taken-seeded and cut into two
-All mixed into one
-Mixed the fruit that have been diced with salad dressing
-Provide an oval plate, place the lettuce leaves and pour the fruit that have been mixed with salad dressing, ornamented with a few dates, tomatoes and cucumber slices

How to make a sauce:
-Chicken eggs that have been boiled, skin removed and then mashed and mixed with sugar, pepper, salt, vinegar and mustard, stirring until smooth

Meat Schotel


* A pound grind beef
* Half a pack of cheese (kraft cheese)
* Five eggs
* Half teaspoon pepper
* Margarine to taste
* Half a can of Carnation milk
* A half teaspoons of salt
* One large yellow onion
* Two tie Slada leaves
* 8 oz green beans
* Three corn
* 8 oz carrots

-Beans and carrots, washed and diced, then boiled with salt and pepper.
-Seed-corn taken, washed and boiled with salt
-Meat grinders given pepper and salt, mix with two eggs and some cheese that had been grated, and stir well
-Wet your hands, roll a teaspoonful of mixture between your palms to form a ball
-Three eggs beaten and mixed with milk and remaining grated cheese
-Pour it over the meat balls and give the top a little margarine
-All this is baked in an oven previously heated

Roasted bananas


* Two or three big size bananas (pisang tanduk)
* half a can of Carnation milk
* half a pack of kraft cheese to be shredded
* three eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 teaspoon raisins
* 1 teaspoon margarine

First-peeled bananas and cut in half then cut into pieces 1 or 1.5 inch
-Then beaten up 2 eggs, enter the milk, grated cheese and vanilla
-Fire-resistant pot smeared with margarine, then arranged banana slices and put on the raisins
-Dough milk, eggs and cheese poured over bananas
-Beaten egg yolk and applied in the banana, and egg whites that have been beaten, sprinkled over everything, and then roasted until cooked
